So Step #1 was: Be nice.
Now for Step 2. Give them what they want.
Sounds easy enough. But most people don't know what they want.
They only know what they need.
Sure,they need better health, lower electricty bills, better phone service, more energy, more money, better dog food.ect. But everyone needs that.
A person that really wants something is motivated to get it. Appeal to that persons need, they are already motivated to get it.
How do you do this?
Just ask.
That's a whole different post though.
We get bombarded everyday by people shoving stuff in our face. I liken it to this clip from Mel Brooks' History of the World.
What we need is a new language.
One that speaks directly to your prospects wants.
Once you learn how to talk and ask the right questions.
It's a breeze.
